Now that we've had our last track session for the season we will be shifting gears a bit. We will be meeting this next Tuesday (and thereafter) at the Spanish Fort H.S. to run on the trails in the surrounding area.....meeting at 6:00pm. Then to give the Mobile folks an equal opportunity, we will begin meeting next Wednesday at 6:00pm at Cottage Hill Park or as it is officially known....Medal of Honor Park. We will also be hitting the trails there as well. We will see how this works out for everyone and make adjustments if needed. Along with the "break" of getting off the track, we will be offering a fun workout for everyone....a little something I like to call the Tortoise & Hare workout.......it allows a group of people of VARIOUS abilities to train together while getting the same benefit from that one workout. Hope to see everyone along with some new faces out there!

We will be meeting Tuesday evening @ 6pm.........the track at Spanish Fort H.S. . We will then hit the trails for our workout. The track is located "up" & behind the H.S. .......coming from I-10/Hwy 181 intersection......go North on 181.......go thru intersection of 181 & U.S. 31......the H.S. is located about a mile down the road on the left. Turning left into the H.S. driveway.....take a left when you approach the actual H.S. bldg.......following road "up" and back of H.S. See ya There! ....if you're not sure where this is, please post here and I'll try to clarify.

These Tue. & Wed. evening sessions are working out well I believe.....we've had a great turnout on BOTH sides of the Bay. Yesterday at CHP I almost thought about assigning "race numbers" to everyone. Great to see everyone out there!
