It's that time of year again! I know many of you have been anxiously awaiting this time of year. Next Tuesday (8/18) we will start back with our regular track workout sessions at McGill H.S. , starting time is 6:00pm. Make plans to show up early enough beforehand to get in your warmups, stretching, etc. This is open to everyone, all are welcome.
