So, I took yesterday to fume about Saturday's piss poor performance and I didn't run 20 like a fool. This weekend I need to go 20 with the last 4 up tempo. Are you interested? I figure we will do Dairy and then Spring Fever. We will pick it up at Pattlyn and try to keep it below 6:30 for the last 4. Sounds fun, huh? You know you can't wait. Any takers?

Kenny, I am deeply saddened that you personally invited Brad instead of me...

Brent, it was simply because Brad lives on the Eastern Shore. I really shouldn't invite either of you two. You guys are way out of my league right now!

I may join you...does someone put out water stops or is it a carry your own supplies kind of adventure? Old man Adams used to put out water along the course...

We carry our own water. There are a couple of places we can refill bottles if needed. We usually stop at the golf course bathrooms at approximately 6 miles.

Dang, you guys are hard core...I'll call or text you and let you know for sure about Sunday. As of now I kind of like the idea of a 20 this Sunday if you want the company.

Yeah Kenny, I'm up for 20 on Sunday. That's what I have down in the old training log. It'll be great to have somebody new out there (fresh blood). Brent, hope you can make it across the bay Sunday.
