Larry alerted me to the fact that the Daphne WalMart has a few of the Ironman Triathlon "100 lap memory" watches on closeout for $35. My favorite function of these watches is the interval timer....you can set up to 9 different intervals to count down and beep at the end of each. I use this function mainly for road intervals......for example: 2-min. "hard" 1-min. "rec" 1-min. "hard" :30 "rec" :30 "hard" :30 "rec" ......that would mean programming 6 intervals, which would make up 1 "set". You would then program the watch to repeat this "set" for "x" number of times. ;D
